Food is culture, specially in Mediterranean countries such as Italy, Spain, Greece and France, where there are ages of tradition.
International consumers are strongly interested in food made in the Mediterranean area and there are many imitations of the Mediterranean food specialties (e.g. Parmigiano Reggiano (Italy) and Feta (Greece) cheeses, or Rioja wine (Spain)).
